May 23, 2013, (Germantown,WI)-Elite soccer players have technical skills and superior fitness. Players with one skill set and not the other will never break the barrier between being good and being great.
The Elite Soccer Athletic Performance Training Camp (Elite Camp) is designed to push soccer athletes to their greatest potential as they refine technique and increase fitness levels while motivating each other as they train side-by-side. The Elite Camp is a 6-week, comprehensive, off-season speed, agility, strength and conditioning program. Workouts are scientifically designed to maximize soccer performance and to decrease the risk of injury.
